Payment Terms & Billing Policy (1 Year $159 option)
By placing an order with Lost and Found Concierge, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your payment.
1. Service Description & Annual Subscription
You agree to purchase the TravelCare Concierge Annual Membership for a subscription fee of $159.00 per year.
- Validity: This membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Service Scope: This membership entitles you to our assistance in filing unlimited lost item reports for the duration of your active subscription. By purchasing, you authorize Lost and Found Concierge to contact lost and found departments and custodians on your behalf.
- Convenience Service: You acknowledge that you have the option to file lost item reports directly with venues on your own without cost. You are electing to purchase this membership solely for the convenience of having Lost and Found Concierge handle the administrative filing process for you.
2. Automatic Renewal Policy
Important: Your subscription includes an automatic renewal feature.
- Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your initial purchase date.
- Billing: Your payment method on file will be charged the then-current annual subscription rate (currently $159.00) automatically, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Notification: We will send a reminder email to the address on file prior to your renewal charge.
3. Strict Refund & Cancellation Policy
We distinguish between canceling your auto-renewal (stopping future charges) and requesting a refund (getting money back).
A. Canceling Auto-Renewal (Stopping Future Charges)
- You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time.
- To cancel, you must email support@lostandfoundconcierge.com or use the cancellation link in your account profile.
- If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current 365 days billing period, and you will not be charged again.
B. Refund Policy (Getting Money Back)
- 24-Hour Refund Window: You may receive a full refund of your most recent payment ONLY if you request it within 24 hours of the charge (either the initial purchase or the renewal charge).
- No Refunds After 24 Hours: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued if the request is made more than 24 hours after the transaction date. Dissatisfaction with the outcome of the search does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
Please understand what you are paying for: You are paying for the service of filing claims and interacting with departments, not for the return of your item.
- NO GUARANTEES: There are NO GUARANTEES that your lost items will be reclaimed or found. We do not warrant the information you submit, and we do not guarantee results.
- Not a Custodian: Lost and Found Concierge is not a lost and found department, custodian, or warehouse.
- No Affiliation: We have no partnership, association, or affiliation with any Airline, Airport, TSA, Theme Park, or other venue.
5. Shipping Fees
Our membership fee covers administrative assistance only. Our fees DO NOT include shipping. Any shipping fees required to return a found item must be paid separately by you.
6. Dispute Resolution & Fraudulent Chargebacks
By accepting these terms, you agree to the following regarding credit card disputes:
- Agreement Not to Dispute: You agree that failure to recover your lost item is not a valid reason for a credit card dispute.
- Recurring Billing Consent: You explicitly agree not to dispute a recurring charge on the grounds that you "forgot" to cancel, provided we have adhered to the cancellation policy outlined above.
