Absolutely! One of our agents will email you immediately after filing your claim (please contact us if you don’t receive it). You will also receive email updates about the status of your lost item or when any action is required on your part.
Your claim fee covers the cost of our agent’s time spent searching for your item. We rely on local lost and found teams and due to the unpredictable nature of lost and found, we unfortunately cannot guarantee our services. We do not provides refunds.
Your agent will email you immediately and tell you the good news! They will include a link to an Automated Return Form, which you can fill out with your shipping information. Please note that shipping fees do apply.
Simply fill out the Return Form (or complete the return link) your agent emails you once your item is found. You can arrange for pick up or select a shipping option. Your item will ship to the address you provide, however delivery and transit time will be determined by the carrier. You will be asked to cover shipping and insurance fees (insurance is optional and may not be available at all locations).
We do not publish any information related to your lost item on our website or elsewhere. This is to protect your privacy.
