Welcome to Lost and Found Concierge. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website (the "Service") operated by Lost and Found Concierge ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service (Third-Party Disclosure)

Lost and Found Concierge provides professional administrative assistance and concierge search coordination for travelers who have lost personal property.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Lost and Found Concierge is a private, third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), any government agency, or any airport or airline authority. Official lost and found filing is available directly through respective airports and airlines at no cost. Our fees are for the administrative convenience, multi-venue coordination, and concierge labor provided by our team.

2. Service Plans and Fees

We offer two levels of administrative search assistance. Fees are paid in exchange for the labor and resources dedicated to your search.

  • Essential Recovery Plan ($10.00): A one-time administrative fee for the initial filing and priority notification of your claim to relevant airport, airline, and TSA offices.
  • Premium Concierge Membership ($25.00): A one-time fee for 60 days of active concierge assistance. This includes multi-venue coordination, shipping logistics support (carrier fees apply), unlimited lost item reports, and dedicated search monitoring.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

You acknowledge and agree that Lost and Found Concierge does not guarantee that your lost property will be located or returned.

Final recovery is subject to the inventory, internal policies, and search results of the respective airport, airline, or government venue. Our service is considered fully performed upon the filing of the reports (Essential) or the commencement of active management (Premium), regardless of the outcome of the search.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase, provided the service has not been fully performed.

  • Essential Recovery: Service is fully performed once the administrative filing is completed and transmitted to the venues.
  • Premium Concierge: Service is fully performed 24 hours after purchase.
  • Waiver of Withdrawal (EU/UK Users): By requesting the immediate performance of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for our 24-hour refund policy.

5. Shipping and Third-Party Costs

For Premium Concierge members, we provide logistics coordination for the shipping of found items. All carrier shipping charges (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and any "handling fees" charged by the holding venue are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our service fees.

6. User Obligations and Accuracy of Data

You are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding your lost property and flight details. We are not responsible for search failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lost and Found Concierge, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of property, data, or use, resulting from:

  • The failure of a venue to locate or return an item.
  • The damage or theft of an item while in the possession of a third-party venue or shipping carrier.
  • Any delays in the search process caused by airport or airline authorities.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data solely to facilitate the filing of lost property reports. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your data once your service period has ended.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
