  • Lost Item Details: Descriptions, serial numbers, photos of the item, and contents of the item (e.g., "contains a blue wallet").

C. Payment Data

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

We do not store complete financial information on our servers. All payment data is stored by our payment processor (PayPal), and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

  • Security: Monitor and prevent theft, fraud, and other criminal activity.

3. Sharing Your Information

Crucial Service Disclosure: By using our service, you explicitly authorize us to share your Personal Information and Incident Data with third parties for the sole purpose of attempting to recover your lost property.

  • Venues & Authorities: Airlines, airports, TSA, police departments, theme parks, hotels, and ride-share companies where your item may have been lost.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as payment processing, email delivery, and hosting services.
  • Legal Obligations: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
