No-Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility and Non-Refundable Fees

Service fees paid through the Site are fully refundable only if a written cancellation request is received by us within the strict twenty-four (24) hour period immediately following the initial transaction date and time.

Following the expiration of this 24-hour period, the service fee shall be considered irrevocably earned and non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for any reason after the 24-hour refund window has closed, including, but not limited to, the eventual success or failure of the lost item claim, or any subsequent decision to withdraw the claim.
