We will do everything we can to find your item, and make the process as easy as possible. If you've ever tried to wade through any Lost and Found system yourself, you were probably bounced from person to person, put on hold indefinitely, or gotten an auto-generated email that wasn't very helpful. Lost and Found is a non-revenue generating service, which means it's usually NOT a priority for airlines, hotels, casinos or cruise ships. We created Lost and Found Concierge so you have someone in your corner.
Things to Know Before Filing a Claim
Time is not on your side
Within a few days (up to two weeks) items are shipped to a third-party warehouse, also known as the 'Lost and Found Graveyard'. Once it leaves the original property, it is no longer tracked in any system, meaning we cannot help.
We can't guarantee results
Due to the unpredictable nature of this business, we cannot guarantee results. But we will do everything we can, and have a 90%* recovery rate for claims submitted to us. (The industry average is 30%.) *90% RECOVERY RATE IS BASED ON ITEMS FOUND (NOT CLAIMS)
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?
Maybe you found your item (congrats! š„³) or just decided LFC is not for you š¢. No hard feelings! We're happy to issue a full 'No Questions Asked' refund within the first 24 hours of submitting your claim. Simply reply to the Welcome Email or support@lostandfoundconcierge.com.
