Lost and Found Concierge is an independent, private recovery service. We aren't the airport or airline; we work strictly for you. If you've ever tried to wade through a major airport's system or navigate airline bureaucracy on your own, you know how incredibly frustrating it is—getting bounced from person to person or waiting days for an automated response. Because lost property is a non-revenue generating department for airlines and venues, it's rarely their top priority. We created our premium concierge service so you have a dedicated advocate fighting to get your belongings back.

Things to Know Before Filing a Claim

Time is not on your side
Within a few days (up to two weeks) items are shipped to a third-party warehouse, also known as the 'Lost and Found Graveyard'. Once items leave the original property, they are no longer tracked in any system, meaning we cannot help.
We can't guarantee results
Due to the unpredictable nature of this business, we cannot guarantee results. But we will do everything we can, and have a 90%* recovery rate for claims submitted to us. (The industry average is 30%.) *90% RECOVERY RATE IS BASED ON ITEMS FOUND (NOT CLAIMS)
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?
Maybe you found your item (congrats! 🥳) or just decided LFC is not for you 😢. No hard feelings! We're happy to issue a full 'No Questions Asked' refund within the first 24 hours of submitting your claim. Simply reply to the Welcome Email or support@lostandfoundconcierge.com.
